It's Been a Busy Couple of Months

I finished some new sculptures in the last few months and I plan to explore the theme of Sanctuary in several more pieces I've been thinking about. Here is some recent work.

The first image is the work in progress. The interior room is partially hidden behind a keyhole.

The Bees Keep Her Secrets is a sculpture inspired by a poem by Emily Dickinson --

To make a prairie it takes a clover and one bee,

One clover, and a bee.

And revery.

The revery alone will do,

If bees are few.
